TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Shipping:

Please allow 3-4.5 weeks for production and fulfillment of each collection, unless otherwise specified by the collection. Please also allow 3-5 days in select countries after orders have been shipped to arrive at your doorstep.

 

Refunds/Returns:

We don’t accept returns, or issue refunds. All sales are final.

 

Size Changes:

We will do any size change BEFORE site has closed and production has begun. After site has closed & production has begun, we will handle these on a case by case basis.

 

$4 Tees

$4 Tees are different than the rest of the orders. All sales are final, and if any print error/shipping error occurs, 419DRIVER has full right to refund customer via a digital gift card to the site (www.419driver.com) deducting the shipping fees.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We’re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer must take full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, our main shipping company, or your local carrier to locate your package

 

Incorrect Addresses:

We’re NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have found your address is incorrect, and your item HAS NOT shipped, you can change it by contacting us @419driver on Instagram with your order ID.

 

Returned Mail:

If the buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for contacting 419DRIVER to request the package to be reshipped and the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the cost to reship the order. After 65 days, returned mail items become forfeit, cannot be reclaimed and no refund or credit will be issued.
